Where We Ship

Currently, we offer domestic shipping only . We will get this to you anywhere in India/

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we jump right into action! Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If there’s an unexpected delay, we’ll keep you in the loop using the contact details shared during checkout.

Estimated Delivery

Your order will reach you in 3 to 7 days, depending on your location and factors like weather or logistical challenges. Trust us, we work hard to deliver smiles as fast as possible!

Tracking Your Order

Excited to follow your package’s journey? Once shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number along with simple instructions to monitor its progress. You can track your package via your Smilez Spec account or through the carrier’s tracking system.

Oops! Undeliverable Packages

Mistakes happen—we’ve got your back! If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or other issues, we’ll try our best to get in touch and resolve the problem. If we can’t reach you, the package may be returned to us, and we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping charges).

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We treat every shipment like it’s packed with joy, but sometimes hiccups happen during transit. If your package arrives damaged, let us know within 24 hours of delivery —send us photos/video and invoice details so we can sort it out quickly. For lost packages, we’ll team up with our shipping partner to investigate and make things right.
